Newfi Lending is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude, and is comfortable working independently in a hybrid setting. Experience and interest in working in WordPress and Canva highly desired. The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's presence and driving marketing efforts across wholesale, correspondent, and direct lending channels. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Specialist and VP, Marketing to plan and execute marketing campaigns on social media, email, at in-person events, and through various partnerships
Create engaging and compelling copy for various marketing channels (email campaigns, flyers, social media posts, guidebooks, video scripts, powerpoints, etc.) ensuring consistency in tone and brand voice
Coordinate conference support including processing incoming shipments, packing boxes, and dropping off shipments at FedEx
Design various marketing assets (including video) that align with the Newfi brand using Canva
Manage and update content on the company website using WordPress
Maintain positive relationships with sales teams & departments across the organization to collaborate on projects and marketing requests
Qualifications:
1-2 Years experience in marketing or related field OR Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in working in the mortgage/financial services industry OR willingness to learn a new, complex industry to create the most relevant content
Experience in WordPress, Canva or other design tools like Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Eye for design and able to follow branding guidelines
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Access to a car and valid drivers license
Willing to drive 1-2x weekly to McKinney, TX
