Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to join our team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives and advancing our growth within the legal services industry. The primary objective is to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of marketing, including branding, content creation, digital marketing, and public relations.
Lead a small team of marketers to achieve business goals.
Manage the overall marketing budget effectively.
Demonstrate a strong return on investment for marketing activities.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis.
Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies, particularly in the B2B and professional services sectors.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and potential clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in a professional services environment, preferably within the legal sector.
Previous experience in a marketing director role or equivalent.
Proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
Experience managing marketing budgets and rebranding initiatives.
Proficiency in content marketing (written, visual, and digital content creation) and digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Marketing Automation).
Strong understanding of the legal technology professional services industry.
