Marketing Manager - Entry Level

Next Generation Marketing is a premiere promotions and sales firm located in the Bay area. We are looking for 2-3 Full Time Entry Level Marketing Managers to join our rapidly expanding retail marketing team! The Entry Level Marketing Manager will work side by side with our Senior Event Managers within our retail event division to learn all aspects of running a successful special marketing and promotional retail event. The Entry Level Marketing Manager will achieve success through hands-on training focused on bolstering Marketing and Promotions Techniques, Brand Maintenance, Customer Retention, and Client Satisfaction.
Entry Level Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Assist the Promotions Team in developing and executing marketing strategies for each eventCoordinate event activities including event setup, visual merchandising, and inventory controlProcess, generate and track event salesCoordinate event logistics, timelines, and schedulesServe as Event Manager when necessaryEntry Level Marketing Manager Requirements:
1-2 years of marketing, sales, or customer service experiencePositive attitude and competitive spiritAble to problem solve effectivelyAbility to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environmentComfortable speaking in front of both small and large groupsStrong desire to work in the retail/marketing/sales or promotional event fieldAdditional Information: This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at specific retail locations throughout the East Bay. Upon completion of training, we offer a base pay with the opportunity to earn additional commissions based on personal performance. The average pay for our entry-level associates is $800-$1600 per week.
