Opportunity & Impact As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you'll be primarily responsible for analyzing marketing data, optimizing marketing technology platforms, and providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns, channels and improve overall marketing operational performance.

\n Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze marketing data from various sources (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools, web analytics) to generate insights and reportsAssist in developing robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoringCollect, clean, and analyze marketing data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvementMonitor KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategiesEnsure data integrity and integration across marketing systemsProactively explore data to discover new trends and apply proper hypothesis testingPartner with key cross-functional groups within Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Product to plan, problem solve, and create efficiencies that will optimize lead conversion, revenue and achieve mutual objectives Required Skills & Experience2+ years' of hands-on, day-to-day professional experience with Marketing Automation Platform (ideally Hubspot) as an admin or power userProficiency with SalesforceAdvanced level proficiency with ExcelProactiveness - When you see a problem or area that needs improvement, you act on itProven experience in driving change to facilitate the adoption of new marketing toolsExperience ideating, implementing, and enhancing marketing operations processes, with a focus on scalability and efficiencyAbility to thrive in dynamic work environments and is adept at managing change, with a keen ability to pivot strategies and marketing processes as neededExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly to various stakeholders Preferred Skills & ExperienceProficiency with Google AnalyticsProficiency with a BI tool (Domo, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)Project Management skillsStrong track record of developing and presenting revenue-related KPIs to leadership
\n$90,000 - $100,000 a year
Compensation:  The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $90,000 - $100,000 per year.  *The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The actual offer may vary depending on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to the level of job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, education/certification, and interview assessment. Please note that the compensation details listed above reflect the base salary only, and do not include incentive pay, equity, or benefits.
