We are looking for a dynamic and engaging project coordinator. In this role, you will manage multi-disciplinary projects of varying sizes, establish rapport with both our team and our clients, and create a track record of successful delivery. This position plays a multi-faceted role: first and foremost, you are responsible for all aspects of the project life cycle: diagnosing client needs, managing program teams, and leveraging the knowledge and creativity of colleagues to generate robust solutions to client business challenges.
You will use a variety of project management tools to inspire, coordinate, and manage the daily activities of your project teams. You will participate in weekly planning meetings to support resource leveling. You will guide the integration of work by our execution team – cultivating collaboration, balancing trade-offs, and helping ensure that we create meaningful solutions to product design challenges.
This is a hybrid position, for our Thousand Oaks office.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct primary and secondary research to gather data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors.
Analyze research data to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities.
Design and implement surveys or questionnaires to gather user feedback.
Compile research findings into comprehensive reports for further analysis by the team.
Create Presentations and DocumentationDevelop engaging PowerPoint presentations to summarize research findings, proposals, or project updates.
Create charts, graphs, and other visual aids to effectively communicate data and insights.
Ensure all documents and presentations are error-free, clear, and professional.
Maintain a systematic archive of research materials, presentations, and related documents.
Support Projects through CollaborationProvide support to project teams by contributing to brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.
Work with various departments (e.g., engineering, UI/UX, strategy) to align research with broader project goals.
Assist in coordinating various tasks and activities within the project timeline.
Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members into ongoing tasks.
RequirementsKey Requirements Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, coupled with responsiveness and follow-through on details.
Familiarity with and/or interest in consulting environments and how they work.
Work Authorization: Located and authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time.
Preferred Requirements BA preferred, but not required.
MBA.
Experience with front-end and back-end software (app, mobile and/or embedded software) development projects. Knowledge of P/A. Other Qualifications You love what we do! You are an excellent communicator with exemplary writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills – all needed for interaction with clients, participants, and internal teams.
You are comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, because sometimes that leads to the most unique, unexpected design solutions.
