Key Responsibilities: Ensure safe work practices and sanitary design in all equipment and facility changes. Provide advanced mechanical engineering expertise for equipment design, fluid systems, and reliability improvements. Support daily manufacturing operations by resolving process, quality, and equipment issues. Specify and purchase equipment for new processes and products. Lead or assist with equipment installation, modification, and process improvements. Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. Train teams and provide technical expertise to improve manufacturing processes. Qualifications: Bachelors in mechanical engineering and 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience. Strong experience in statistical process control, Lean/Six Sigma, and team leadership. Skilled in 3-D modeling and technical problem-solving. Organized and able to handle multiple projects.
