Candidate will be responsible for technical performance as well as possess diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices. Essential Job Responsibilities Design mechanical systems for commercial buildings (project size will vary based upon experience) Takes ownership of all aspects related to project Responsible for small proposals and presentations to clients Responsible for producing change orders in regards to out of scope work Establishes and maintains relationships with clients for the firm

A salary range is anticipated to be $100,000 - $130,000 and is based upon multiple factors including level of experience, years of experience, professional registrations and applicant knowledge, skills and abilities.
