Job Summary:
Communicates with investors, members, and membership prospects for tours, information, calls, and other arrangements to enhance member and guest experience at Wasatch Peaks Ranch. You must have experience in membership or membership sales in a private club, 5-star hotel, or 5-star resort to be considered for this position. The ideal candidate will have membership experience at a private club, exceptional administrative and software skills.
Job Duties:Conducts site visits and tours.Conducts early-stage prospect screening interviews.Communication and follow-up from all calls, emails, tours, member inquiries.Works closely with WPR teams to enhance the member experience.Learns and masters the CRM, membership software and systems, including but not limited to Salesforce and TEI.Maintains membership database and updating the member roster as needed.Manages new member gifting during the onboarding process.Conducts new member orientation via zoom.Maintains the prospect pipeline and provide reports as needed.Provides operational support at member events, including off-site events.Collaborates with the Properties team for tours and member experience.Manages meeting logistics, scheduling calendar meetings and tours for the Membership Director and CEO.Expense reporting for the membership team.Budget assistance and tracking purchases.Performs other duties as assigned or required by the Membership Director or CEO.Licenses and Special Requirements:First aid training or CPR preferred.Physical Demands and Work Environment:Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, twist, turn, bend, and be sitting or moving for extended amounts of time.Lift up 25lbs occasionally, 10lbs constantly.Classification: full-time, salary, exempt
