Job Summary: The Crisis Specialist QMHP - Office/Residential plus Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring the provision of recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective.
This position operates in a dynamic
environment, and performs case management, assessment, and/or service coordination work based on the program's
guidelines.
The position is also responsible for administrative assistant tasks such as copying, scanning, and reporting,
under the direction of the supervisor.
The QMHP's duties may include and are not limited to providing continuity of care
services, linking consumers and families to all needed resources, and coordinating, monitoring, and updating services
and consumer goals.
Providing necessary skills training, assisting in crisis prevention, and/or providing community
outreach are additional roles.
As a team member of programs in crisis services, the QMHP coordinates crisis
intervention tools to address client's needs utilizing assessment, multidisciplinary coordination, and efficient clinically
appropriate utilization of agency resources.
Duties include collaboration with consumers, first responders, and
community stakeholders to address immediate mental health crisis and plan for future crisis relapse prevention.
This position follows identified strategies for achievement of unit performance measures and ensures the highest quality
of care while effectively utilizing resources.
This position may carry an individual caseload.
On-call responsibilities may be required dependent upon unit protocols
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position.
Other duties may be assigned.
May require a flexible work schedule.

Education: Required:
Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
License: Required:
Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Experience: Preferred:
Crisis experience Bilingual preferred.
Hours: Full-Time.
Workdays: Monday - Friday.
Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
Salary: $22.35 - $23.47 an hour based on education plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
