Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, you will:
Lead Transaction Advisory Engagements: Oversee buy-side and sell-side engagements, engaging in strategic discussions with senior client executives and target management.
Manage Teams: Guide and manage a team of Analysts and Associates on various projects.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, assisting Managing Directors in strategic pitching and business development initiatives.
Financial Analysis: Review financial information to identify trends, assess earnings quality, evaluate working capital and net debt, and identify potential liabilities and risks.
Data-Driven Insights: Use data and analytics to gain operational insights, analyze profitability drivers, and evaluate key risks and opportunities for client companies.
Advisory Reports: Create and review tailored transaction advisory reports, focusing on normalized earnings, management budget feasibility, operational insights, indebtedness, and post-transaction working capital analysis.
Financial Models: Review financial models and database systems.
Network and Relationships: Build a professional network and relationships with colleagues, clients, and target professionals.
Transaction Evaluation: Evaluate transaction agreements, customer and supplier contracts, and develop valuation considerations.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in corporate finance, valuation, and financial restructuring.
