Job Responsibilities: Provide tailored and personalized advice to clients through reviews and presentations, including assessing financial goals and recommending investment advisory strategies.Communicate solutions to clients that are best suited for their financial needs, such as core Banking, and Investment and Life Priority solutions.Partner with Financial Advisor teams to build their network by sharing relevant market developments and discussing new products (as appropriate) in an effort to promote portfolio growth.Understand and access the full breadth of resources across the bank to benefit clients or prospects.Develop and grow a book of business to meet and exceed pre-defined financial targets.Prioritize client requests and make introductions to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.Required Qualifications: Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licensesTwo years' experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceededMinimum of one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and servicesSelf-starter who efficiently manages time and capacityBuilds and nurtures strong relationshipsCommunicates effectively and confidently and is comfortable engaging all clientsDesired Qualifications: Proven ability to partner and promote lead generationExperience balancing investment management, sales activities, and new client developmentStrong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a demanding environmentBachelor's degree, preferably in business-related fieldAchieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC)Skills: Account ManagementClient Investments ManagementClient ManagementClient Solutions AdvisoryRelationship BuildingAdvisory Business DevelopmentFraud ManagementPipeline ManagementPortfolio ManagementClient Experience BrandingIssue ManagementProspectingReferral IdentificationSales Performance ManagementShift: 1st shift (United States of America)
