Microsoft Business Central Functional Consultant

Position Details:
Type: Full-time, direct-hire
Location: 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities:
Lead complete D365 Business Central implementation engagements, guiding clients through every phase.
Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.
Manage multiple clients concurrently, adhering to aggressive timelines to ensure client satisfaction and project profitability.
Collaborate with other consultants to assess client needs, develop innovative solutions across various domains, and implement these solutions to exceed client expectations.
Document implementation objectives, issues, findings, and recommendations in various client situations.
Work with technical developers on potential customizations to the product.
Stay updated on technical trends and issues in ERP products, applying this knowledge to client issues and solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 years of direct experience with full D365 Business Central implementations.
Enthusiastic about customer service with a passion for improving client satisfaction.
Skilled in troubleshooting implementations and providing support by developing business solutions.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Understanding of process manufacturing and experience with process manufacturing ERP (preferred, but not required).
Enjoy collaborating across multiple departments.
