Mid-Level Associate Attorney

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mid-Level Associate Attorney at Trépanier Tajima LLP with a minimum of 5 years California civil litigation experience. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, and handling cases related to labor and employment law. This role will be primarily based in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Legal Advice and Negotiation skills Experience in complex civil and business litigation Strong legal research skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a premier law school with notable class rank or honors Active California Bar license in good standing Outstanding work history Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience in handling a variety of legal cases including trials, arbitrations, hearings, depositions, discovery, etc.
