Mid-Level Traffic Engineer & Transportation Planner Are you ready to make a tangible impact on communities while advancing your career? My clients small consultancy, focused on transportation projects is seeking a talented mid-level traffic engineer who is ready to step into a role that values individual strengths and encourages collaborative innovation. Responsibilities Lead and perform specialized engineering and planning tasks with independent judgment. Work closely with leaders of the firm to prepare detailed technical reports and manage project timelines. Coordinate and oversee the work of associate engineers, planners, and technicians. Mentor junior staff, supporting their growth and development. Present findings and insights to public agencies, review boards, governing bodies, and community stakeholders. Engage in internal committees to help shape our company's vision and goals. Additional duties as directed by Principals and Senior Associates. What We're Looking For: B.S. in Civil Engineering or Transportation Planning. Professional Engineer (P.E.) or AICP. 5 to 7 years in traffic engineering and/or transportation planning. Proficiency in traffic analysis software (HCS, Synchro, VISSIM preferred) and the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong verbal and written skills, with public speaking experience. Valid driver's license, personal transportation, and U.S. work authorization.
