JOB SUMMARY HTMMA seeks a Middle School Athletics Leader to lead middle school-aged students' sports program.
Duties include: Organize game and practice schedules for middle school sports teamsHelp recruit coaches to lead sportsCommunicate with families regarding weekly schedules for practices and gamesOrganize transportation for away gamesHold interest meetings for sportsBoost energy and interest in our sports program by bringing the spirit!Work with our league to help design programming for middle school sportsThe ideal candidate would possess the following competencies: Ability to work well with middle school-aged studentsHighly organizedEffective communication and collaboration skillsComfortable communicating with families and coachesPassionate about sportsAbility to work with diverse populationsEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent preferredExperience working with young peopleSALARY & BENEFITS This is an hourly position. This position does not qualify for benefits.
