JOB SUMMARY The Division Manager will lead and manage a team of 8-10 Women's Health Representatives across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. This role involves overseeing budgets, analyzing sales data, and collaborating closely with the Marketing Team to develop effective field sales strategies. A strong emphasis will be placed on building relationships across various departments, including Training, Marketing, and Sales Operations, while maintaining a deep understanding of the menopause market dynamics. The successful candidate will provide inspirational leadership and coaching, ensuring Representatives are accountable for their performance and receive regular feedback to drive improvement. Additionally, they will play a crucial role in recruiting and retaining top talent, fostering professional development, and upholding the company's corporate values and compliance standards. Through strategic direction and a commitment to team success, this role aims to expand business opportunities and enhance overall market share.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree is required7+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience with at least 3 years in sales managementProven and documented track record of sales success and leading sales team in an environment requiring high accountability and maintaining a high level of performanceWomen's Health experience is preferredPrevious experience in corporate-office or other field-based roles (e.g. Key Accounts, Training, Sales Operations, and Marketing) a plus.Proven leadership and management skills. Excellent business acumen. Ability to learn scientific information and effectively communicate to internal team and external audience of healthcare professionals.Takes ownership and demonstrates an entrepreneurial approach in managing an assigned region and field sales team. Proactively identifies obstacles and responds by developing and implementing action plans to achieve challenging goals. Provides timely guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas needed to accomplish a task or solve a problem.Uses appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team and facilitate the achievement of team goals. Sets high standards of performance for self and others; assumes responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks. Makes customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; develops and sustains productive customer relationships.Base is $145-180k
