Moonlighting Hospitalist
Seeking a BC/BE physician to work with a growing inpatient service at a vibrant 500-bed safety-net community hospital in Everett, Washington, about 30 miles north of Seattle.
The team is composed of 80+ providers.
The hospital has a robust multidisciplinary staff that supports all inpatient work, including subspecialists, pharmacists, social workers, respiratory and physical therapists, palliative care, etc.
We are seeking physicians primarily interested in swing shifts, with a focus on admissions as their main responsibility.
There may also be opportunities for day shifts, with an average daily census of 14-15 patients per shift.
The Everett community is socio-economically diverse, and the successful applicant would have a lively curiosity about people from different backgrounds and desire to understand patients and their families' communities.
The Medical Hospitalist Team is very well-supported with strong relationships with its ICU, ER, subspecialists and palliative care colleagues.
This community hospital has deep ties to both the University of Washington with a long tradition of teaching medical students as well as the Washington State University, now serving as a principal training site for both the internal medicine residency program and third-year Medicine clerks.

Unrestricted WA State Medical License or ability to obtain prior to hire
Current WA DEA certificate or ability to obtain prior to hire
Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to hire
EMR proficient
Proven positive attitude and solid work ethic
Proven self-starter with ability to practice with a high degree of independence
Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
Washington Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $125.00 to $186.06 per hour.
Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target.
The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
