We are seeking a talented NetSuite Business Analyst that is eager to support our business through technology. As the NetSuite Business Analyst, you will be the subject matter expert for our NetSuite instance. Focus on process improvement, automation, and efficiency will be key to this role. You will use your technical aptitude to build innovative solutions to suite business needs within NetSuite and consult with our business units on how to best leverage NetSuite to improve their processes. You will work alongside the Director of Technology to extend and integrate NetSuite with other systems and platforms to expand the function of our NetSuite data. Project and task management will be needed to prioritize multiple requests and deliver results with clear expectations.

POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Serve as the subject matter expert for the ERP/CRM system (NetSuite) and the main point of contact with the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system provider on modifications and bug reporting. Provide strategic guidance on NetSuite best practices and optimization. Access, Build, and implement business processes in NetSuite Manage and prioritize projects that improve efficiency and capabilities of our NetSuite system. Interact with business process stakeholders to ensure continuous satisfaction and provide support for our NetSuite users. Assess, recommend, and implement changes that will improve the user experience in NetSuite. Build, maintain and work with department heads to create reports within Oracle NetSuite. Work with department stakeholders to identify business requirements and produce UAT plans to validate functionality of new features. Work with NetSuite developers to build new features and functionality within the NetSuite platform. Support and create NetSuite integrations with other systems in the business where needed. Develop custom scripts or workflows to automate processes within NetSuite, if necessary. Monitor NetSuite system performance, and work with the provider to resolve any issues that affect system availability and performance. Create data governance policies and strategies for data stored in NetSuite. Document process flows in NetSuite and train end users on how to use NetSuite through recorded videos, documentation, and live trainings. Audit and maintain NetSuite licensing with agency of record. YOU HAVE: 4+ years of experience in systems analyst or administrator roles supporting NetSuite ERP systems Strong ability to work through tough problems independently and recommend solutions Familiarity with NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics Strong understanding of financial processes Familiarity with database architecture and data security Experience with project management methodologies and processes You believe in the importance of hospitality and customer service, recognizing that customers are all around You have a positive, solution-oriented attitude and always ask "How can I help?"
