Techinical Skills Required: IT troubleshooting, knowledge of network infrastructure- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs Knowledge of Microsoft PCs & Servers Knowledge of support like Service Now, CyberArk, Remote Desktop, SQL Database experience Experience with various operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, etc.)
for server and application support.
Knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V. Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) for automating routine tasks Experience with SQL queries and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
Soft Skills Required: Strong interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, punctual and dependable
