Unarmed Security Experience Strongly Preferred. Role: The Overnight Property Attendant is an important position on the Stayable team. A remarkable Overnight Property Attendant delivers safe and clean accommodations by patrolling the site after hours, keeping the grounds clean, assisting guests, responding to property condition issues, and so much more. This is an hourly-paid position that may occasionally allow for overtime. Property Attendants have multiple opportunities for bonuses. Responsibilities: Overnight Property Attendants are generally responsible for delivering safe and clean rooms and public spaces. Below is a summary of primary responsibilities. Room Cleaning and Maintenance Tidy room exteriorPerform basic maintenance tasks, like replacing light bulbs, plunging toilets, etc.Report emergency maintenance issues to the on-call Maintenance team Public Space Cleaning Collect garbage from cans throughout the property per the scheduleCollect and dispose of guest trash per the scheduleCollect trash throughout the property on a regular schedule, including along property lines, behind bushes, and in hard-to-reach areasMaintain tidy dumpster areasClean and tidy guest and team areas per schedulePerform routine preventative maintenance tasks per the schedulePick up any litter as you see it in public spacesGeneral Maintain exceptional customer service when interacting with guestsNotify Property Manager of any safety concerns or any violations of policyImplement new objectives and proceduresContribute to incident reports as neededAssist with maintaining an accurate inventory of housekeeping suppliesProperty Condition Collect garbage promptly and reliably and maintain a clean and tidy dumpster areaTake ownership of the appearance of the property's grounds and public spacesRaise issues or concerns about safety, cleanliness, or property damage immediately when recognizedTeam Collaboration Refer people for employment that live our values and contribute to our cultureMaintain positive professional relationships with colleaguesMaintain strong attendance and time punch complianceAlign with supervisor by executing meeting cadence with fidelityGeneral Execute all policies and procedures with fidelityReport issues immediately to discuss and solve them quickly About Stayable Stayable is an innovative and growing economy-scale, extended-stay hotel company.
