Jefferson Healthcare is currently seeking a Critical Care RN to join our team in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
As an ICU RN, you'll be responsible for providing individualized care to patients, utilizing the nursing process which includes assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
In this role, you'll work as part of a team to ensure that patient needs and expected outcomes are met and confidently guide support staff to achieve patient-centered collaborative care.

What will you need?
