Overview:
Full Time –Supervisor of Nursing Services RN – Days Franciscan Village - Lemont, IL Duties and Responsibilities: Supervises and oversees direct nursing staff.
Monitor Staffing levels and schedule.
Function as a Staff Nurse when needed, Monitor completion and accuracy of resident records.
Ensure completion of all nursing staff assignments.
Prepare reports Required skills and qualifications: 1-2 years previous Nursing Supervisor Experience.
3 years experience working in Long Term Care Setting.
