Janay, P.C. in Livingston, NJ. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, and specializing in Law and Labor and Employment Law. The role will involve handling various legal matters in areas such as Real Estate, Business, Commercial/Collections, Bankruptcy, Debtor Protection, and Aviation Law. Qualifications Litigation and Transactional Experience in legal advice and negotiation Research skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law in New York and New Jersey Experience in handling diverse legal matters
