THE HEALTHCARE INITIATIVE Where Talent Meets Opportunity OB Manager Midwest We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Obstetrics Department for a not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital. Reports to the Director of Acute Care.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise RNs, OB techs/aides, clerks, and nursery nurse practitioners. Ensure 24/7 accountability for nursing care in the Obstetrics department. Promote patient safety and address complaints. Manage budgets, supplies, and equipment. Oversee staff development, performance evaluations, and goal setting. Requirements: RN required; BSN preferred. Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in Obstetrics.
