Job SummaryFerry County Health is seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist.
There is an opportunity for permanent employment for the right person.
The desired candidate will be self-motivated and possess anentrepreneurial spirit in order to build and support asuccessful rehab program.
This person will be proficient with a varietyofpatient populations including; orthopedic, neurological, andcardiopulmonary impairments.
Primary caseload will be a balanced mix ofinpatientand outpatient care.
This includes providing care forlong-term care residents and consultations in the emergency department.The successfulcandidate will be able to advocate our services tosurrounding facilities and maintain strong relationships around theregion.About YouCurrent Washington state licensure.A team player with outstanding customer service and communication skills.Exhibits independence and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Interest in working in a rural healthcare setting and community.Proficient in standard EMR documentation.Ability to promote our services to area hospital case managers and discharge planners.Demonstrates problem solving skills and the ability to lead a hospital rehab program.New grads are welcome to apply.Where it's atOur Critical Access Hospital is located in picturesquenortheast Washington State.
