Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrative Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a high school graduate or college student to gain hands-on experience in office administration and learn valuable skills in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with general office administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing, and managing documents.
Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence to appropriate team members.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems.
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Support team members with day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed.
