Office Assistant :

J&A SIGNS is seeking a highly organized, honest, excellent communicator, and proactive Office Assistant to fill an essential position within our company.
This is a full-time position.


This entry-level position offers an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to a fun and collaborative team.

•High School Diploma.

•Strong organizational skills.

•Detail-oriented.


Full Job Description:
•Assist the Finance Director with day-to-day tasks.

•Answer and distribute all incoming phone calls.
In this role, you will provide excellent service to our customers and support to our managers in the field.

•Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.

•Maintain and reconcile appointment & job calendars.

•Prepare typed correspondence to include, but not limited to, letters, memos, emails, etc.

•Digitally file receipts, estimates, and other documents using Google Drive.

•Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, and document management.

•Phone/Email correspondence with vendors, customers, and company contacts.
