The CDL Testing Site Office Manager is responsible for the efficient and compliant operations of the CDL testing facility. This includes the efficient management of the testing schedule by assigning students to examiners, ensuring the quick and accurate management of administrative and testing documentation, and ensuring students are prepared for testing. Additionally, the Office Manager is responsible for communicating with external stakeholders, such as client schools, regarding the invoicing and scheduling of external students, and regulatory agencies.

Schedules appointments for internal and external CDL testing studentsManages testing schedule for CDL Examiner staffMaintains facility records and documents, such as inspection reports, employee certifications, and other formsSigns in students and ensures documentation is complete, valid, and accurateFiles documents and test results electronically or physically according to policy Manages communication with regulatory agencies, including Department of Transportation, Department of EducationInputs CDL Test results using CSTIMS Tracks and records Key Performance Indicators for Examiner staffGenerate invoices for services to be providedCollects and tracks payments from clientsManages student expectations and experience, including hearing and resolving complaintsOther Duties as assigned
