**Job Description:**

Hertz Global Holdings is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our Columbus, Ohio team. As an integral member of our office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facility. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.

2. **Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, responding promptly to inquiries and facilitating communication across departments.
- Maintain effective communication channels to support the team and promote collaboration among colleagues.

3. **Facilities Management:**
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities, coordinating repairs and service as necessary.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring that all facilities meet the company's branding and operational standards.

4. **Financial Administration:**
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks, including tracking office expenses and processing invoices.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

5. **Strategic Planning:**
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to help develop office processes that improve efficiency and performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance office productivity.

6. **HR Support:**
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating training sessions.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related inquiries as needed.

7. **Team Collaboration:**
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Support team members in various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required. An associate degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1-year experience in office management or administrative roles.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and capable of quickly adapting to new software and systems.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient: Ability to handle challenges and setbacks with a positive attitude and tenacity.
- Independent: Capable of working autonomously while also being a team player when necessary.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong strategic planning skills: Able to think critically and long-term to help plan for future needs and improvements.
- Negotiation skills: Confidence in negotiating with vendors and resolving conflicts between team members or external parties.
