About the role This is an opportunity to take responsibility for supporting our great culture and office environment, and creating a great office experience for the rest of our team. Working closely with our leadership team, you'll get to own various financial, people operations, and office management processes that are essential to our functioning as a business. You'll have constant opportunities to design and improve our internal processes.
You will be responsible for financial operations which includes invoicing, supplier management, and reporting. In addition, you'll handle people operations by coordinating recruitment processes and overseeing new employee onboarding. Furthermore, you will manage office operations, organise team events, and take on various tasks to ensure our office runs smoothly.
You'll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:
University Degree, BCom degree with first year accounting or similar degree 1+ years work experience Experience working in an agency, startup, consulting or other customer facing environment Understanding of accounting principles Experience using Xero or similar software for creating invoices Good Excel / Google sheets skills Strong customer orientation and communication skills Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written English - spelling, grammar, proofreading skills Additional benefits include:
