Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Manager at American Express. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility to work from home in Charlotte, North Carolina, US.

Responsibilities:- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendors- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, events, and appointments- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence- Maintain office records and filing systems- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed- Serve as the point of contact for employees, clients, and vendors

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in an office management or administrative role- Independent and resilient personality traits- Strong research and creativity skills- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
