Job Title: Office Receptionist Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and professional Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The Office Receptionist will manage the front desk, handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and assist with various office tasks as needed. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Greet visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner. Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory. Assist with special projects and events as needed. Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring confidentiality at all times. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
