Job description:
Fannie Mae is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Online Client Relations Officer in our Austin, Texas office. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with online clients through various communication channels- Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance with online transactions- Monitor client activity and provide feedback to management on trends and patterns- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online client relations- Develop strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction- Assist in the development of online marketing campaigns to attract new clients
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field- 4+ years of experience in online client relations or a similar role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Knowledge of online marketing and social media platforms- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies- Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional client service
