Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Assistant at Goodyear Tire & Rubber in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a passion for providing exceptional customer service is a must.

Responsibilities:- Interact with customers through online chat, email, and social media platforms to provide assistance and address any inquiries or concerns- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction- Utilize analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions- Manage time effectively to prioritize and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions- Update customer records and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of interactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements:- Energetic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently- High school diploma or equivalent required- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Proficiency with computer systems and online communication tools
