Job Description:
Kelly Services is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in New York City, New York. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong sense of independence and resourcefulness.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via online platforms to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify potential areas for improvement- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner- Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase retention and loyalty- Provide product support and guidance to customers as needed- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus- Knowledge of online customer service best practices- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
