Job Description:

Applied Materials is seeking a passionate and motivated Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Entry Level professional with at least 1 year of experience, you will be responsible for providing online support to customers through web chat services.

Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers through online chat to answer inquiries and provide assistance.
2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers.
4. Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer concerns.
5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
6. Assist in monitoring and analyzing web chat metrics and performance data to improve customer service.
