This position will be based out of PRIME's Baytown, Texas Clinic location and will be required to travel to various locations throughout Texas and Louisiana to provide on-site clinical services.
Responsibilities: Provide information, services, and assistance to clients and patients in an on-site setting and a PRIME clinic.
Maintains medical supplies inventory, notifies manager when suppling need to be ordered, and performs preventive maintenance to keep medical equipment operating.
Verifies patient information, medical histories by interviewing patients, documenting medical history, and confirming purpose of visit at a on-site setting and at a PRIME clinic if needed.
Prepares clients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests; drug & alcohol screening, audiograms, EKG's, pulmonary function test, respirator fit test; and reporting patient history summary.
Assist in injury care when at a PRIME clinic.
Perform phlebotomy service and give injections under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.
Secures patient information and maintains patient confidentiality by completing and safeguarding medical records within our electronic system.
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and calibration checks.
Improves job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
Protects the practice by adhering to professional standards.
Updating and filing medical records according to facilities policies/procedures, state, federal/guidelines/regulations/laws.
Enhances practice reputation by accepting ownership of all performed duties while providing value to the organization.
Must have the ability to take on-call on a rotating basis and provide services on-site after hours.
Responsible for setting up and breaking down the on-site Packing supplies for the scheduled on-site May be required to work overtime, weekends and holidays Must have dependable transportation Must be able to work at various on-site locations and travel to out of state locations Other duties as assigned Requirements

Sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time, lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 100 pounds.
Repetitive motion.
Extensive use of computers, copy machines and keyboards.
Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or
fingers.
The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
Work is performed in a medical clinic setting and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items, to walk short distances, and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials.
