Job Description: JOB SUMMARY: The primary purpose of Operations Administrative Assistantis to provide general administrative support to the Sr. Director of Operations, relieving this desk of internal reporting duties.
You will be responsible for managing multiple complex Excel spreadsheets daily, overseeing department supply inventory, and miscellaneous tasks that support the fluidity of the department overall.
This role requires an analytical individual who loves numbers and who can stay focused and organized amid the daily rush of deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Conducting research and information gathering on behalf of the senior Operations leadership teamPreparing dozens of summaries and high-level reports that may utilize specialized software and systemsDeveloping positive relationships at all levels of the organizationResponsible for mail runsPurchasing and maintaining inventory of office suppliesPerforming various ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned QUALIFICATIONS:
