Operations And Support Director - Aero It - Security Clearance Required

Description: • Reports directly to the Vice President and CIO of Aeronautics. This position is responsible for Information Technology (IT) strategy, multi-year investment planning, project establishment, project delivery and software maintenance. · Responsible for the application delivery, maintenance and uptime of the One Aero (SAP) system supporting ~7,000 users. · Responsible for the application delivery, maintenance and uptime of the Manufacturing Execution System supporting ~10,000 users. · Responsible for the application delivery, maintenance and uptime of the DOMMS system supporting ~3,000 Flight Operation users. · Responsible for delivery and maintenance of SAP and MES applications to support classified programs. · Serves as the primary interface between IT and stakeholder leadership team. Serves as IT Partner and Strategist to the senior leadership. This position works across Aero Lines of Business (Programs), Aero Functions, Lockheed Martin Business Areas (BAs) and with LM Corporate to help align capabilities, roadmaps, and delivery across Lockheed Martin. · Helps drive 1LMX digital transformation, application commonality and manages technical debt within the sphere of responsibility. · Responsible for maintaining and delivering "Ahead of Ready" plan to help position Aero to adopt 1LMX solutions. Plan includes ERP consolidation projects, data archiving and technical debt elimination. · Responsible for data migration plan for SAP and MES environments into 1LMX solutions. · Responsible for ensuring that requirements for new and improved capabilities are satisfied through championing for those capabilities, co-leading selection of related investments with the function, and managing informational technology deliverables within the area of responsibility. Basic Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of Production Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Program Performance and Finance disciplines, processes, and IT capabilities supporting those processes in an Aerospace or other large manufacturing environment. • Experience leading development, deployment, and integration of in-house developed and large COTS products in a complex environment. • Experience building and maintaining applications with complex integrations and interfaces • Demonstrated change agent with agile and DevSecOps experience • Demonstrated strong customer relationship-building skills. • Demonstrated full spectrum leadership skills and ability to hire and retain key talent. • Strong financial acumen and demonstrated oral and written communication skills • Strong demonstrated executive level presentation skills • Ability to craft a vision and create/drive an executable strategic plan to achieve that vision Desired Skills: ·Experience with execution of software projects specifically within a SAFe Agile framework. · Experience with MES Applications, SAP and large COTS packages · Experience with complex government interfaces such as GOLD ESP, ALIS/ODIN, DD250 · Experience delivering applications in a classified environment Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $180,000 - $300,000.
