This position is full-time working Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
This role will support day-to-day operations to make sure the facility and technical operations run smoothly.
The Operations Associate would support the internal operations team for our Azzur Clean Rooms On Demand (CoD) site in Devens (MA).
The ideal candidate will be able to independently execute routine operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse duties including restocking. Assist with equipment set-up, maintenance, and calibration. Assist with Environmental Monitoring, Utility monitoring, and all cleanroom support activities. Ensure that cleanrooms are running according to documented procedures.
Maintain and revise electronic documents. Assist early-phase manufacturing companies, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with scheduling, operations management, and enforcement of facility regulations.
Additional Functions: Support Operations Manager in providing appropriate training to new Employees and Clients of CoD. Work in collaboration with Azzur COD staff as needed on special projects to improve the organization. Coordination of the maintenance schedule of equipment to be calibrated Requirements Required Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent experience and a Technical Certificate or Associates Degree. Preferred Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering, tech studies, or related field preferred.
Required Work Experience: 2 years experience in an operations position.
Competent in using computers and software programs. Knowledge of calibration/equipment maintenance Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and/or projects. Must be able to exert up to 40 pounds of force frequently.
Preferred Experience: Experience in a regulated industry such as biopharma or medical device is preferred. Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Required Knowledge: Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite.
