iBUYPOWER is seeking a self-driven, organized individual to join our Etail department as an Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate logistics with internal and external parties.Develop SOP for new customers in regard to logistics.Understand the terms and conditions with different customers in logistics.Manage internal system and paperwork processingGenerate repots for business ananlysis purposeManage day to day operations with order processing, RMA, customer requests, etc. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.1+ years of experience is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc)Excellent reading and writing skills.If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
Full vaccination means receiving the second dose in a two-dose series (i.e.
Pfizer, Moderna), or a single-dose vaccine (i.e J&J).
Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.
