Operations Associate - Wealth Management

We are seeking a new account processor who is willing to join our client - a leading wealth management broker dealer. In this position, you will be responsible for the following: Manage day to day new business and service processes Process all new business paperwork such as account opening, investment form completion and insurance product paperwork. Act as SME with CSA and Paraplanner to keep clients with sound up-to-date information as needed Account maintenance on existing clients as needed Support team members in other ad hoc projects as needed. Requirements 2+ years of experience within a wealth management, financial planning or private banking environment. Bachelor's degree in related field Keen attention to detail and good organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
