Our client is a leading international business advisory firm with established corporate clients. They are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their existing team and act as a lynchpin in keeping systems and projects in order.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:Taking responsibility for projects and administration of CRM systemUpdating the administration of the cloud-based accounting system (Xero)Managing accounts payable, receivable and day to day reconciliationOnboarding new clientsGeneral office administrationExpenses managementThe skills you need to bring:Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative roleExcellent written and spoken communication skillsWillingness to learn and develop skillsetExcellent command of ITA flexible attitude and team playerCuriosity, intuition, initiative and flair for organising
