As a Senior Talent Manager leading our Project Managers at Infor, you will play a crucial role in nurturing, developing, and overseeing the performance of our Project Management team. You will work closely with project managers and practice leaders to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects across a wide array of industries.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Project Managers, fostering their growth and development.Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier project management talent, ensuring the team's continued success.Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations for the Project Managers.Assess and identify the skills and competencies needed for project management excellence and facilitate skill development.Monitor project management challenges within the team – working with the Project Management Office, other Talent Managers, and Practice Leaders to continually assess, standardize, and improve delivery success.Professional Development: Encourage continuous learning and provide opportunities for professional growth and certification.Metrics and Reporting: Establish KPIs, track team performance, and report regularly on progress to senior management.Basic Qualifications: Experience in talent management, line management, leadership, and development.Experience in large-scale ERP project management – working closely with project managers.Understanding of advanced project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Experience coaching, mentoring, and supporting project managers.Experience with MS Project.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Project Management, HR).Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.About Infor: Infor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry specific markets.
