Job Responsibilities:
Daily operations preparation and dispatch process for all drivers
Lead daily standup meeting engagement with 40-60 drivers; discuss key safety and deliver quality focus to achieve optimal results
Real-time and proactive coaching on safety and other KPIs
Analyze, interpret, and leverage data to identify opportunities to maximize company performance
Continually promote best practices for the entire team, with a focus on continuous improvement
Strategically plan to ensure employee scheduling is accurate and reflects the needs of daily operations
Monitor and report all compliance metrics as they pertain to safety, fleet, and personnel
Assist with fleet transportation to and from strategic vendors
Assist with fleet management needs; preventative maintenance scheduling, vehicle service requirements, inspection reports, compliance audits, and vertical reporting for completion of all services
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree: preferred
Must be able to handle stressful workload
Authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs during a 10-hour work shift
Must be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly during a 8-hour work period
