Duties:Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Account Analysis and Reporting; Review transaction and recordkeeping activities on member accounts as deemed necessary by Management (e.g. dormant, deceased, new, and closed accounts).Branch Operations and Security; Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of credit union wide branch control and security measures. Assist branches in researching system issues associated with teller cash equipment.Facilities Management and Maintenance; Maintain credit union facilities by obtaining quotes for repairs and maintenance and scheduling pickup and delivery of supplies and service.Equipment Maintenance and Management; Assist with the administration of the credit union's equipment maintenance program, maintaining all associated records and requesting and/or negotiating pricing on all new or replacement equipment.Vendor Management; Assist in the vendor due diligence process by gathering, storing, and monitoring vendor information in accordance with credit union policy and procedure.Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements:Performance Measurements: Evaluation of dormant and deceased account activities, transaction reversals and account maintenance records. Identify problems through research and resolve them in a timely, accurate manner, mitigating associated risks and minimizing losses to the credit union and its members.Evaluation of new and closed account records. Identify problems through research and resolve them in a timely, accurate manner, ensuring credit union documentation is completed in accordance with credit union policies and procedures and the rules and regulations that govern them.Perform cash equipment audits, track and report compliance with physical security processes, and make recommendations for change to improve branch processes, policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of branch operations.Negotiating, coordinating, and submitting contract recommendations to Management for credit union facility maintenance projects and ensuring proper vendor information (i.e., insurance binders) is gathered, reviewed, and retained protects the credit union from undue costs and harm.Negotiating pricing on new or replacement equipment and providing clear and timely notification to the equipment management company of service needs or when warranties expire ensures equipment is promptly maintained and/or added to the maintenance agreement(s) and limits the cost exposure to the credit union.Thorough and timely collection and evaluation of vendor due diligence documentation, and effective communication with Operations Specialists and C-Level management ensures issues are properly identified and continually monitored until a satisfactory resolution is reached. Strong audit and examination results indicate vendors are proactively managed.Additional Desired Attributes:Knowledge and Skills: Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.Education: A high school education or GED.Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation.
