Palliative Pharmacist

An award winning community health facility in Washington is looking for a talented Palliative Pharmacist to join their outstanding team of healthcare professionals.
The palliative pharmacist will join a hospital that has received awards from the American Heart Association, has received accolades for its rehabilitation facilites, and has been awarded the Community Health Leadership award.

The palliative pharmacist will provide appropriate information of cost effective drugs used to ease pain and take care of chronic ailments of the palliative population that they serve.
This position will report up to the Outpatient / Hospice Pharmacy Manager, and will work alongside other pharmacists and pharmacy techs to ensure expedient care and patient satisfaction.
They will also assist in Adverse Drug Reaction and Medication Error reporting and contribute ideas for prevention of further incidents, if they should arise.
The palliative pharmacist will enjoy settling into a historic 130 year old town located on the scenic Columbia River.
