Based in Oakland, San Francisco, or Emeryville, CA, this on-site role involves supporting experts by managing schedules, emails, client communications, and time/expense tracking.
Key Responsibilities: Expert Support: Assist with daily operations for Experts.Scheduling: Manage calendars, including meetings, travel, and to-do lists.Email Management: Handle email communications, responding proactively.Client Interaction: Prepare budget estimates, manage billing, and follow up on invoices.Time & Expense Tracking: Use Intapp to track time and manage expense reports.Conflict Checks: Work with legal to handle conflict checks for new cases.Case Preparation: Prepare case materials, conduct research, and draft reports.Data Analysis: Analyze data for financial case summaries.Document Management: Maintain organized and accessible case folders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required)5+ years in a related field; experience in professional services or consulting is a plus.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
