About the Opportunity This is an opportunity for a Paralegal/Lease Renewal Specialist to join a prominent national real estate development and management company based in Great Neck, NY.
The Paralegal will work in conjunction with the Leasing Team to handle administrative, legal, and compliance for commercial and residential leasing.

Role and Responsibilities Manage the lease renewal and amendment process, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.Ensure lease compliance with local, state, and federal laws.Communicate with tenants and property managers on lease terms and renewal conditions.Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and renewals.Assist in legal research, risk assessment, and dispute resolution related to lease terms. Qualifications: Paralegal certificate or equivalent, with 2+ years of real estate law experience.Expertise in lease drafting and renewal processes.Strong organizational and communication skills. Compensation: $70,000 starting salary
