Paralegal

Job Description:
Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their Estate Administration department.
The ideal candidate will manage probate matters from start to finish, including e-filings, probate petitions, and asset collection for fiduciaries.
You will support 2-3 attorneys, working closely to ensure smooth case progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle probate matters from initiation to completion.
- Prepare and e-file probate petitions and related court documents.
- Assist fiduciaries with asset collection and management.
- Support attorneys with document preparation, correspondence, and client communication.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in estate administration and probate is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Technical: Proficiency in e-filing and legal documentation.
- Work Style: Team player, quick learner, and takes initiative.
- Career Focus: Seeking a career paralegal, not pursuing law school or other career paths.
Work Environment:
In-office presence is preferred, but hybrid arrangements will be considered.
